So since I had a couple days off, I figured I should go get my pink hair touched up so it could be bright and beautiful red again. GUESS WHAT COLOR IT IS NOW?! A DARK burgundy / brown / red color. AHHHH. I’ve honestly never been so upset in my life!!! I feel so normal and boring now. :grumpy: I’m such a big baby, I know, but now my hair is SO dark now and my extensions don’t match anymore and those weren’t cheap! If you’ve ever gotten a bad hair cut/dye job, you would know how I feel. But then what the hell WAS I thinking getting such bright red extensions because it’s so hard to keep up anyway?! Thankfully, I got some helpful advice from a Mallvibes member so hopefully I can go around and find a solution tomorrow (that’s why I love MV so much… the people there are so nice). If worse comes to worse, I’ll just dye my extensions a more natural and easy to match red (boring but will have to do).
Anyway, I tried to shop my troubles away online but didn’t succeed because I’m still upset. Maybe it was because I didn’t buy enough (since I was in a rush and the internet was so slow today for some reason). :irritated:
Terrible day (not to mention I was behind some idiotic Richmond drivers and then got stuck behind a train crossing on the way home). Sigh.

If you haven’t started coloring you hair, I suggest don’t start because it’s addicting.. and totally kills your hair!

I’ve had bad dye jobs in the past but I just keep on going back… well not to the same salon but I keep on doing it anyway.
I only dye my own hair when I’m doing a single color so I don’t have a chance of messing up!

I’ve always thought it would be cool to get extensions, and I know they’re not cheap.

I have never dyed my hair. Two weeks ago, my sister dyed hers for the first time…from dark dark brown to auburn…and she cut her hair SHORT (a-line)….i can’t get used to it haha~ i joke around with her and tell her it looks like she’s wearing a wig~ The color matches her though~~

Oh no, bad hair cuts/dye-jobs. I don’t know, maybe it will grow on you.. I’m sure dark hair looks nice as well! If not though, I hope you get it all sorted out with the dying of the extensions.. Good luck!

Oh, you’re brave to buy shoes online. I’d be worried that they wouldn’t fit me. :S But, perhaps that’s why you didn’t get the shopping high? Without it being tangible (e.g. you have it in your possession immediately), maybe retail therapy doesn’t work…

tell me about it. i went shopping the other day and it definitely did not make me feel better. sometimes spending doesn’t help
i have never dyed my hair but i have watched my close friend dyed her hair for years! seen the bad and the good. i guess in a positive way, at least by doing this mistake, you won’t do it again.
